GEN LEARNING MODEL (GENOM)

The potential of every student is a valuable treasure for us. With the GEN LEARNING Model (GENOM), we get to know our students, discover their differences, follow their development,We direct our students to areas where they are successful and support them in areas where they are lacking. Within the scope of GENOM, we constantly monitor the development of our students with the observation and data-based recognition tracking system and ensure that they move to the next grade fully equipped.

MULTILINGUAL FOREIGN LANGUAGE EDUCATION
An intensive English program is carried out in the 5th grade and the aim is for the student to be at least B1 level by the end of the 7th grade. In the 5th grade, each student receives English education in his/her own language level group, and beginner level students participate in a 5-hour English Push Up program on Saturdays. Thus, they study English 21 hours a week in the 5th grade, 10 hours in the 6th grade, 7 hours in the 7th grade and 6 hours in the 8th grade because LGS Preparation is intense. Additionally, in 5th, 6th and 7th grades, they study an elective 2nd Foreign Language (German, French, Spanish) for 2 hours a week.


LGS PREPARATION
LGS Preparation Program, which starts in the 5th grade, continues in the school 6 days a week, including Saturdays, in the 8th grade, with an experienced and expert teaching staff in exam preparation. In the 8th grade, LGS preparation takes place together with the Ministry of Education program. Every year, students are placed in Turkey's most prestigious Anatolian and Science High Schools, Private Foreign Schools or GEN College Anatolian and Science High School with a success scholarship.

SUCCESS TRACKING WITH MENTORING
With the mentor teaching system, it is aimed for the student who moves from primary school to secondary school to adapt to the new level in the most comfortable and rapid way. The student's cognitive and social development is constantly monitored by the mentor teacher. In one-on-one face-to-face meetings with the student, their success is evaluated and their needs are revealed and they are directed to individual studies that seem necessary. Information is shared with parents through the K12net communication portal and through routine phone calls.

GEN&MORE PROGRAM, BRANCHING IN MUSIC, CLUBS AND SOCIAL EVENTS
Secondary school students can learn about Science in a Box, STEAM, Entrepreneurship, Sustainable Development Goals, Futurism (Future Knowledge) etc. within the scope of the GEN&More Program. While continuing its work in many fields and presenting new ideas, social responsibility projects and future scenarios; In music lessons, they specialize in piano, guitar and percussion instruments by dividing them into branches. In addition, while Author Interviews, Debates and Science Talks take place throughout the year, students gain knowledge, socialize and develop in many aspects in the fields of art, sports, science, technology, entrepreneurship and many more in the gyms, laboratories and workshops in various clubs.


ORIGINAL AND ACCURATE GENE PUBLICATIONS
Students are best prepared for LGS with the original and accurate questions in the tests and exams of GEN Publications, and they can learn quickly by watching the solution videos of the questions from the QR codes.


PSYCHOLOGICAL COUNSELING AND GUIDANCE (PDR)
The PDR unit applies various tests/inventories to determine the student's individual needs and characteristics, as well as their academic, emotional and social status, Evaluates the student's development by observing. At the beginning of the academic year It works to ensure that the student adapts to the school in a short time and aims to get to know the student through various inventories and individual interviews. It offers individual development programs throughout the year, prepares a student-specific study program, and provides exam and preference consultancy.
